I had the chance to talk to Marco Frei, CEO of Otto Hutt and it looks like 2021 has been a magical year for the Brand. There haven’t been too many novelties, but one in particular has hit the market impressively well. Let’s discover the 3 best Pens introduced by Otto Hutt in 2021.
Otto Hutt design01 matte blue and matte black
The design01 was released early 2021. I have to admit, i never was a huge fan of the Otto Hutt design01, until i got this new edition in hands. Matt finishings, two tone: Blue and Grey or Black and Grey. A soft touch feeling when in hand and a modern look when you look at it. This is actually the version that opened my mind to the whole design01 collection. Now it has become one of my favorite collection in this specific price segment.
The matte edition is available in Fountain Pen (Steel Nib), Rollerball, Ballpoint and Mechanical Pencil.
Otto Hutt design08
What should we say. We had the honor to host the official presentation of the Otto Hutt design08. The launch of this pen was a huge success for a brand like Otto Hutt that is establishing itself on the Markets since no more than four years. (Obviously the brand is way older than that)
The design08 is the essence of “less is more” and “form follows function”. A marvelous Must-Have designed by genius Mark Braun and produced in the Otto Hutt Manufacture.
The design08 features a Pull&Twist Filling Mechanism, an 18k Gold Nib, a Ruthenium Plated Barrel and Cap with Horizontal and Vertical Guilloche and a Black PVD Stainless Steel grip section.
The design08 is not a one shot or a Limited Edition and is part of the regular Otto Hutt product selection. Available as Fountain Pen and Rollerball. What a Pen!
Otto Hutt design04 matt / ruthenium
The design04 is most probably the best seller design of Otto Hutt. The Matt / Ruthenium Edition has been a very intriguing new design with a matt lacquered body and ruthenium finishing Metal Trims. Like all design04 it comes as a Fountain Pen (with both, Steel and 18k Gold Nib), Rollerball, Ballpoint and Mechanical Pencil. It has an unbeatable quality-price approach and simply never fails to impress.
