List of all Graf von Faber-Castell Pen of the Year Editions
Let’s face it, simple pens are boring. Today we introduce you to all the characters that make up the signature line of the German brand Graf von Faber-Castell. Entitled Pen of the Year and launched annually since 2003, the collection is aimed at true connoisseurs and collectors who appreciate the culture of writing and seek excellence in a pen. Handcrafted from high quality materials and precious metals that are often unusual for a pen, these limited and numbered editions tell stories of eras or personalities that have contributed in a positive way to the way humanity has evolved over the years.
Composed of two parts: Pillars of History and Nature’s Luxury, the Pen of the Year line is Graf von Faber-Castell’s way of showing respect for both writing instruments and beauty. Many of the pens are sought after even on the secondary market and are quite hard to find, but if you’re lucky enough, you can find some of the editions at certain collectors or in some authorized stores.
